As a Project Executive I managed budgets on over $30m in contracted work, developed and managed subcontracts, managed project schedules, served as point of contact to clients, led internal / external meetings, and headed up all components of the project ensuring on time and within budget delivery. I also served as a Preservation Specialist and was the company subject matter expert for questions, details, conversations, and decision making related to the Secretary of the Interior Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
